Despite being made personally bankrupt and banned provisionally for 10 years at the Tribunal de Commerce on 30th July 2015, Olivier Uguen and his companies continue to send out wine offers to merchants in a number of countries. It seems apparent that some merchants to have dealt with Uguen and his companies have never received their wine.
Uguen’s companies include Why Not Wine, France Divin, Champagne et Spiritueux Diffusion, Excellence Wine, Wine Network and C.D.P.C. Some of these companies are based at 50 Rue de Marseille, 69007 Lyon 7eme. 1 Rue du Canal, 69100 Villeurbanne is another used – C.D.P.C.
Anyone offered wine by Olivier Uguen and his companies would appear to be wise to decline to do business with him.
