    oat flour
  • 1

    baking powder
  • 1

    sea salt (or Himalayan salt) 
  • 3

  • ½
    cup / 120 g
    reduced-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt
  • 2

    pure maple syrup
  • 1
    tsp.
    pure vanilla extract
  • 2
    tsp.
    unsalted butter, melted

    brown sugar
  • 1
    Tbsp.
    almond flour (or floor flax seeds, or oat flour)

    floor cinnamon (non-compulsory)
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (180 °C). Evenly coat a 6-cavity donut pan with spray; put aside. 

  2. Add Shakeology, oat flour, baking powder, and salt to a small mixing bowl; stir to mix.  

  3. Add eggs, yogurt, maple syrup, and extract to a separate bowl; whisk to mix.

  4. Add dry combination to moist combination; whisk to mix. Batter will likely be thick.

  5. Divide batter evenly in donut pan. Bake for 18 to twenty minutes, or till a toothpick inserted right into a donut comes out clear. Let cool in pan. 

  6. Mix brown sugar, almond flour, and cinnamon in a small mixing bowl; combine nicely.

  7. Brush tops of donuts evenly with butter. Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar combination. Take pleasure in.
