Netherlands midfielder Xavi Simons has left PSV Eindhoven to finish a transfer again to Paris Saint-Germain, the Eredivisie membership introduced on Sunday.
The previous Barcelona academy participant joined PSV on a five-year deal from PSG final summer time upon the expiry of his contract.
